About me

I guide women back to their bodies, their breath, and their inner balance. The yoga I teach blends traditional Hatha, Soul Yoga from my time in India, Hot Yoga Tapasya, and somatic movement inspired by pelvic health and feminine embodiment. Through yoga, mindful movement, and sacred dance, I create a space where you can release tension, awaken intuition, and rediscover the wisdom and strength within.

Step onto the mat with me and begin your journey back to yourself.

My offering

Yoga

Yoga gently unites breath, movement and mindfulness to calm the mind and strengthen the body. If you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining an established practice, short sessions can improve flexibility, reduce stress and boost energy. Simple postures, guided breathing and a few moments of stillness invite greater awareness of the body and present moment, making yoga a practical, accessible way to care for both physical and mental well-being.
