Sacred Dance of the Womb 〰️
Discovering Danzautera®
Danza Utera® is a gentle yet powerful movement practice that reconnects you with your womb, your body, and your feminine essence.
Through breath, dance, mudras, and somatic movement, you learn to release tension, awaken your inner wisdom, and move from a place of softness and strength.
Born from my own journey through pelvic wellness and somatic healing, this practice is an invitation to return home, to your body, your pleasure, and your truth.
Here, you are held. Here, you remember who you are.
〰️ Music to accompany the practice 〰️
Sound is part of the journey.
Activate it only if you feel your body desires it.
